| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国农村金融改革与发展并没有达到预想目标,农村金融的发展关系着我国能否突破"三农"瓶颈,进而解决根本问题.受农村金融市场供给约束、结构制度缺陷与环境制约等因素影响,农村金融改革明显滞后,新农村经济发展建设资金缺失严重,已不能满足农业和农村经济对金融服务需求.新农村建设视野下,为使农村金融发挥其关键作用,应在遵循农村金融发展原则的前提下,对农村金融进行强力支持,构建好创新农村金融组织与环境体系,加快与城市金融体系接轨,为新农村建设提供高效金融服务,以实现建设小康社会、和谐社会目标.
