| Abstract: | Institutional setting plays an important role in the development of information technology (IT) industy. reasonable institi-lation arrangment could improre the duvelopment of the IT industry. By analyzing the effect of institutional settings on the development of American IT industy and learning American successful experiences of institutional settings which promotes its IT industry development, China will make institutional arrangement so as to contribute to its IT industry development. |
