| 摘 要： | 伙伴模式是基于信任、开放、沟通、团队、共享思想的“双赢”模式上的新型的工程项目管理模式,目前伙伴模式的应用仍然面临很多的问题。分析研究了影响伙伴模式成功的关键因素,并依据实际工程情况,提出了相应解决方法的建议。

| Abstract: | As an innovative procurement method in the construction, partnering grounds on trust, opening, communication, team-work and sharing goals. However, adoption of the partnering may also entail many problems that need considerable attention. This paper provides and studies the key barriers to successful implementation of partnering and proposes the solution ways considering the actual projects. Also, this paper takes a view to the implementation of partnering in the future. |
