| 摘 要： | 2000－12－15正式发布的ISO9001：2000国际标准已被我国等同采用，并转化为国家标准GB／T19001－2000《质量管理体系要求》，将于2001－06－01实施，取代GB／T19001－1994，GB／T19002－1994和GB／T19003－1994国家标准。新老标准相比较，无论在标准的名称，还是在结构和内容方面都作了很大的调整，在未来的三年内，广大的建筑企业都面临着质量管理体系认证如何向新标准转换的问题。章从领域作用，以顾客为关注焦点，全员参与，把握脉络，持续改进，远程方法等管理和加强培训七个方面，提出了向GB／T19001－2000转换的建议。

| Abstract: | With the introduction of ISO9001-2000 which issued in Dec, 2000 to China, it has became one national Standard (GB/T19001-2000) named Require of Quality Management System, which has been` brought into effect on June 1, 2001 and substitute GB/T1900-1994, GB/T19002-1994 and GB/T19003-1994. By comparison with the old one, the name, structure and content of the new quality management system have been adjusted obviously. Therefore, every construction enterprise has to face the problem how to transform to new standard in three years. At last some suggestions for promoting transform are set forth. |
