| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑开发中的环境影响分析，论述了绿色生态住宅小区产生的必然性，并总结了其概念与特性。进而提出绿色生态住宅小区的目标体系。同时指出我国在发展绿色生态住宅小区中存在的问题，并提出了建议。
