| 摘 要： | 近年来危机管理逐渐被人们所认识和重视。把不确定性因素较多的工程项目看作工程项目系统，从系统入手分析了危机发生机理和特点，提出了工程项目危机的定义和危机管理方法，并对危机管理和风险管理进行比较分析。

| Abstract: | In recent years, crisis management has been given to more concern. This paper wants to regard the engineering project with more uncertainties as an engineering project system, then analyses the mechanics and characteristics of crisis in the view of system, thus puts up with the definition of engineering project crisis and effective crisis management, and distinguishes between crisis management and risk management. |
