| 摘 要： | 施工现场是人流、物流、信息流的汇聚地，是施工管理的重点和难点，也是施工企业管理的核心内容。通过对加强施工现场管理促进文明施工管理的必要性、重要性及紧迫性进行分析，并提出了提高全员现场管理意以，开展“5S”活动，树立现场管理典型引路，运用经济手段严格现场的检查和考核等措施。

| Abstract: | Construction site is the center of flow of human, material and information. It is the emphasis and difficulty of construction management, and also the kernel content of construction enterprise management. This paper discussed the necessity and significance of enhancing site management to promote civilized construction, then put forward some measures such as improving site management thought, organizing 5S activities, setting up site management model, examining strictly by economy means, and etc. |
