| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省工程咨询行业是伴随黑龙江经济快速发展而兴起的行业。近年来，已经成为推动黑龙江经济发展不可缺少的部分。城市化进程的加快不仅给工程咨询业带来了前所未有的发展机遇，同时也带来了更高的挑战，由于我国工程咨询业起步较晚，在行业发展过程中必然存在一定的劣势和威胁。文章在阐述工程咨询业对加快黑龙江经济发展战略意义的基础上，对该行业进行SWOT分析，明确黑龙江工程咨询行业的市场定位，并根据市场定位分析黑龙江省未来几年工程咨询业的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The prosperity of engineering consulting industry in Heilongjiang province is companied with the rapid economy development. In recent years, it has become the necessary part for promoting the economic development. The acceleration of urbanization has brought not only unprecedented developing opportunities for engineering consulting industry, but great challenges. Because engineering consulting industry in China started late, the disadvantages and threats exist in the process of industry development. On the analysis of strategic significance of engineering consulting industry to economic development, the SWOT analysis was conducted to making clear market position for the engineering consulting industry in Heilongjiang province and its development trend. |
