| 摘 要： | 工程项目是国家实现固定资产投资的载体,也是实现产品结构和产业结构调整的重要途径,而工程项目交易方式对工程项目目标的实现有着重要意义.文章从工程项目交易方式对项目绩效的影响、工程项目交易方式选择的影响因素及工程项目交易方式选择方法3个方面,对工程项目交易方式国内外的研究现状进行了归纳和分析,为工程项目交易方式的进一步研究提供借鉴与指导.
