摘    要:针对重庆市某车站及超大断面区间隧道工程,从风险辨识、估计、评价、应对、监控的角度对整个项目进行风险分析管理,着重对本项目风险进行识别,对于浅埋暗挖的超大断面隧道,特别从技术风险的角度分析了施工过程中可能存在的风险因素。

Abstract:The risk analysis management for the total project was conducted from the view of risk identification, estimation, evaluation, response and control for tunnel engineering of a station and extra-large cross-section interval in Chongqing. The risk identification was particularly attached importance to. For the super-shallow tunnel excavation, the risk factors existing in the construction process were analyzed from the aspect of technology risk.
