| 摘 要： | 将产业竞争优势理论和可持续发展理论结合起来分析,有别于以往单纯从其中一方面进行的研究,也有助于建筑业在增强竞争力的同时提高可持续水平.文章建立了建筑业可持续竞争力的指标体系,用主成分分析法提取指标中的主成分,以主成分对应的方差贡献率作为权重计算综合值.利用统计数据对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市(不含港澳台)的建筑业可持续竞争力进行了计算、比较.排序结果证明,该模型符合地区差异的实际情况.
