| 摘 要： | B0T是国际上出现的一种新的项目管理模式。在分析了BOT项目风险构成的基础上将模糊数学方法与层次分析法相结合，建立了模糊层次综合评价模型，为BOT项目评价提供了一种主客观相结合的分析方法，并列举此模型应用案例。

| Abstract: | BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project pattern in the world. On the base of the analysis of the risk structure in BOT project, this paper is proposed to evaluate the risk in the way of the combination of fuzzy maths and the theory of analytic hierarchy process, which formed a fuzzy overall evaluation model. The model provides a risk evaluation method for BOT project, in which subjective and objective analysis are combined. Furthermore, the model is applied to a practical example of case. |
