| 摘 要： | 除了虚活动以外，项目网络中每项活动都需要耗费或占用一定的时间和资源。确定时间与资源的关系是有效进行项目时间管理、项目成本管理必须面对的问题。需要从项目活动资源数最、质量（能力）、需求节奏和资源类型这4个方面入手。具体分析项目活动资源需求与项目时间管理的关系。

To manage project time and cost, define the relationship between the project resources and project time management is the most important things we must face. Four aspects, namely project resource number, quality, requirement rhythm and type must be considered to analyze the relationship. |
