| 摘 要： | 通过对我国企业信息化建设过程进行分析，发现国家对信息化投资不能满足企业的发展要求，企业主动斥巨资投资于信息化建设，成为信息化投资发展的主角，同时，吸引了民间风险资金的进入。根据我国建筑业信息化建设的特殊情况，就政府和建筑企业如何加快信息化建设提出一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of informatization construction procedure in Chinese enterprises, it is found that the national investment on informatization cannot meet the demand of enterprises. Enterprises are the leading actors in informatization investment and some private capital is abstracted. The countermeasures for government and construction enterprises to promote informatization are put forward in this paper. |
