| 摘 要： | 根据对胜利油田6个生产单位的46个基层单位和部门的243个生产及管理过程进行质量管理体系运行效果审核的结果，重点分析了受审核单位在质量管理体系运行中存在的不足。提出了改进质量管理体系运行的对策与建议。
