摘    要:根据地下穿越输油管线腐蚀速度加快的现状,特别是处于水网地带的中小油田,点多面广战线长。分析了管线的腐蚀机理,提出采用高压水射流清洗和PIG物理清洗技术,并辅以化学清洗技术来提高管道的清洗质量,修复则针对不同管段分别采用涂敷法修复技术、穿插衬装HDPE技术修复旧管道等工艺技术,最后进行防腐技术处理。延长了管道使用寿命,达到降本增效的目的。

Abstract:According to the status of the increasing corrosion speed of underground oil pipeline, especially in the middle and small-sized oilfields located in the water network area, which include many worksites and extend to as far as they can reach, the analysis is carried out about the corrosion mechanism of pipelines. Then, it is suggested that the cleaning quality of pipelines should be improved by adopting some cleaning technologies like the high pressure flushing and PIG physics as well as the chemical cleaning. On the other hand, the repair is implemented by means of different technologies such as the coating, interpenetrating liner and HDPE based on the different pipeline sections. Eventually, the final technological treatment of anti-corrosion has enlarged the pipeline service life and reached the goal of dropping the cost and increasing the benefit.
