| 摘 要： | 针对国有企业管理体制下供水企业在科技项目管理存在的问题和弊端,阐述了通过在科技管理上引入ISO 9001质量管理体系,建立并推行具有供水行业特色的科研管理体制和运行机制,论述了强化供水企业科研项目管理的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In view of problems and drawbacks existing in the management of scientific and technological projects in water supply enterprises under the management system of stated enterprises,it is explained how ISO quality management system is introduced into scientific and technological management,and how scientific and technological management system and operation system with the unique characteristics of water supply industry are established and promoted.Finally,some concrete measures about strengthening the management of research project in water supply enterprises are discussed. |
