摘    要:通过对天然气压缩机进气缓冲罐接管开裂进行定性和定量分析,表明开裂的主要原因为管道气柱共振、管内激应力、管道机械共振、接管角焊缝和热影响区硬度过高所至。

Abstract:Through the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the cracks about the nozzle of inlet buffer tank of reciprocating gas compressor,it is revealed that nozzle cracks are mainly caused by the following factors like the resonance of pipe air column,the intraductal stress,the mechanical resonance of pipeline,the fillet weld of nozzle and too high hardness of heat affected zone.
