| 摘 要： | 分析了国际环境管理标准化的发展特点，介绍了国际温室气体排放、环境信息交流、环境绩效评价方面标准的发展现状与发展趋势，对石油企业环境管理标准化工作提出了建议。指出，应将环境绩效评价与环境管理体系结合，要进行温室气体排放的监测和研究工作。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the development characteristics of international environmental management standardization, and introduces the present situation and development trend of international greenhouse gas effluent standard, environmental information exchange standard, and environmental performance evaluation standard. Suggestions are proposed for the environmental management standardization in the oil enterprise. Points out that the environmental performance evaluation should be combined with the environmental management system, and that the monitoring and study of greenhouse gas effluent should be carried out. |
