潜油电泵机组质量可靠性评定

摘    要:通过对潜油电泵机组现场故障数据的统计处理,得到系统寿命统计模型,实现对各型在役潜油电泵机组使用可靠性定量评定。通过对不同类型潜油电泵机组故障数据子样的总体方差显著性检验,推断其总体寿命的稳定程度,并通过其子样总体均值的差异性检验,判断相互间寿命差异,为生产厂家改进设计、用户科学管理提供决策依据。

Abstract:By processing statistically the field failure data of submersible electric pump units,a statistical model of the syste m's working life is established to achieve a quantitative assessment of the ser vice reliability of all types of sub-mersible pump units.By taking the significa nce test of population variance of the subsample of the failure data,the stabili ty of the whole system's working life can be concluded and by taking the differ ence test of the subsample's population mean,the differences in wording life ca n be judged to provide scientific basis for manufacturers' improvement in desig n and users' scientific management.
