| 摘 要： | 从产品质量稳定性增长的可行性分析入手，就“井下套管封井器成果转化过程中质量稳定性增长”的管理模式进行了探讨和选择，通过零缺陷管理理念的应用实例，深刻阐述了在成果转化过程中结合ISO9000质量管理体系，实施“零缺陷”管理模式对确保产品质量稳定性增长所具有的重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the feasibility about the increase of product quality stability, the management mode on the increase of quality stability during the transformation of achievements about downhole casing packer has been discussed and chosen. By means of the applied example of ＂zero defect＂ management concept, it is explained that implementing the ＂zero defect＂ management mode according to the quality management system ISO 9000 in the process of transformation has a great significance in assuring the increase of product quality stability. |
