摘    要:从系统可靠性理论出发,在对水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨失效长期、大量调研的基础上,根据抽油机井发生管杆偏磨失效后.检泵作业结果和油井工作资料的综合分析,运用演绎法建立水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨失效的故障树.从而找出了发生管杆偏磨失效的关联因素及其组合应用可靠性数学计算各关联因素对顶事件发生的结构重要度,从而发现系统最薄弱环节,为科学治理和有效控制管杆偏磨失效.降低水驱抽油机井检泵率提供了充分依据.

Abstract:According to system reliability theory,and on the basis of a long-time and extensive investigation into side-abrasion failure of rod strings for waterflood pump wells and a comprehensive analysis of pump inspection results and well data,a fault tree for side-abrasion failure of rod strings is established by using deduction so as to find out the relevant factors and their combination for side-abrasion failure of rod strings.Reliability mathematics is used to calculate structural importance of relevant factors to tip happening so as to find out the weakest link of the system,thus providing a sound basis for scientific treatment and effective control of side-abrasion of rod strings and reduction of pump inspections for waterflood pump wells.
