| 摘 要： | 针对钻井液用化学剂产品质量监督检验工作中出现的问题,研究制定统一的、科学反映同类钻井液用化学剂性能的通用技术标准为基础,通过加强计量管理,将质量监督渗透到产品的生产过程、出厂、入库和日常供应等各个环节。健全监督体系,建立检验机构,保证质量监督检验科学、公正,全面提高油田钻井液用化学剂市场产品质量。

| Abstract: | According to the problems in the quality supervision inspection for drilling fluid chemical agent products,the unified tech-nical standard that scientifically reflects the property of the same type of drilling fluid chemical agent is established based on the re-search.Through the enhancement of measurement management,quality supervision is penetrated into different links such as produc-tion process,delivery,stocking and daily supply.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect supervision system and set up inspection organi-zation in order to assure that quality supervision inspection is of science and justice,and fully improve the product quality in the oil-field market of drilling fluid chemical agents. |
