The unmatched state of volume pipe capacity and flowmeters resuhs in the super-difference of flowmeters calibration repeatability. The method of grouping calibration can improve the assessment result of flowmeter repeatability, but the scientificalness is still a question. As long as the repeatability and linear of flowmeter are qualified, it is feasible for flowmeter coefficient to replace the equipment-dlfference adjustor. It is also possible to use the coefficient to eliminate the error of flowmeter system and make the transfer error tend to the zero.
