| Abstract: | Zero defect" quality management is a new principle of modern enterprise management. In the environment of market economy, the introduction of "zero defect" as a quality management objective into oil enterprises can free them from "management crisis" and reduce production cost so as to accumulate adequate strength for continuous development in the increasingly fierce market competition. |
