Discussions on the Quality Management System of Oil Production Plant Based on the Orientation of Process Control

The discussion starts with the construction of quality management system, and is based on the process management. Then the construction of quality management system is planned and conducted from five processes： development geology, oil production techniques, ground engineering, down-hole operation and production guarantee. At the same time, some problems existing at the aspects of critical control points and quality management related to crude oil production have been found out by means of correct statistic analysis methods, and thus establishing the quality management system and improving the level of enterprise management.
