| Abstract: | The systematic analysis is carried out about the demands for the human resource management system of petroleum engi-neering supervision.And then the outline design and detailed design are conducted for the system respectively.According to the de-sign scheme of this system,the whole system is put into practice,and thus realizing the information management for the human re-source of petroleum engineering supervision in the internal network of CNPC. |
