橡胶复合油管接箍防腐蚀的可行性研究

摘    要:为了解决油田回注水管柱螺纹的腐蚀问题,根据合成橡胶的高可塑性、耐腐蚀性、弹性和附着性能,实验研制开发了橡胶复合油管接箍。经实验室验证,复合接箍对回注水管柱螺纹防腐具有一定的可行性,可以延长回注水油管柱的整体使用寿命。

Abstract:To solve the corrosion problem of the screw thread of water cycling pipe in the oil field, robber compound tubing collar is developed based on the high plasticity, corrosion resistance, elasticity, and adhesive property of rubber. Lab experiments show that such tubing collar is feasible to some degree in preventing corrosion of the screw thread of water cycling pipe, thus extending the service life of water cycling pipe.
