| 摘 要： | 绥中36-1一期调整工程开发项目是国家重大科研专项"海上稠油油田高效开发示范工程"的配套工程项目。绥中36-1期调整工程开发项目从项目组建至项目联合投产,历时2年时间完成了6座平台建造安装、6条海管、2条海缆铺设、7个老平台改造的工作量,于2010年2月18日建成投产。项目实施过程中实施了一系列的质量保证与质量控制措施,实现了优质工程创建,初步建成了示范工程基地。

| Abstract: | SZ36-1 adjusting engineering developing project is the matching construction of national significant science and technology research project ——"Demo Project of Efficiently Developing Offshore Viscous Crude Oilfields".SZ36-1 adjusting engineering developing project spent two years from the project establishment to its united production,building up 6 platforms,laying 6 submarine pipelines and 2 submarine cables,and reforming 7 old platforms.This project was finally finished and began the production on Feb.18,2010.During the implementation of this project,a series of measures of quality assurance and quality control were carried out,and thus realizing the creation of excellent quality project,and establishing the bases of demo projects primarily. |
