| 摘 要： | 通过对13种不同条件下进行的上卸扣试验分析，阐述了螺纹脂、过扭矩、接箍受外力变形和上扣时错扣等因素对上卸扣试验结果的影响指出螺纹脂涂抹与否以及螺纹脂质量对套管的上卸扣、密封性能、及粘结倾向影响很大，而上扣扭矩过大、接箍变形、错扣等情况将会造成严重粘扣现象。

| Abstract: | By analyzing 13 on-off tests done under different conditions, a discussion is made of the effects of such factors as thread compound, excessive torsion, deformed coupling, and mis-thread on the results of on-off tests. It is pointed out that the quality and application of thread compound will have great effects on the make-up and break-out of tubing and casing, sealing performance, and galling strength and that excessive torsion, coupling deformation, and mis-thread will lead to serious galling. |
