摘    要:通过对胜利油田分层注水工艺现状进行调研,对影响分层注水管柱工作可靠性的因素进行了分析,找出了造成分层注水管柱层段合格率低的主要因素是管柱的结构及井下配套工具的质量及使用性能问题。针对存在的问题,通过分析,提出了提高分层注水管柱工作可靠性的有效途径,并进行了应用试验,对实施情况进行了介绍,验证了提高分层注水管柱工作可靠性的途径。

Abstract:By investigation into the process of zonal injection in Shengli Oilfield and analyzing the factors influencing the reliability of pipe string work for zonal injection, it is found that the problems with pipe string structure and the quality and serviceability of corollary down-hole tools are chiefly responsible for the low pass-rate of pipe string section of zonal injection. In view of the existing problems, an effective approach to increasing reliability of pipe string work is proposed and it is proved by application experiments.
