摘 要: | 针对油田潜油离心泵检泵后,叶轮和导轮损坏程度高,重复利用率低的现象,为提高叶轮和导轮修复质量,运用质量管理办法,找到质量控制的主要要素,设计潜油离心泵叶轮和导轮修复工艺技术。

The Repair Process Technology of Oil-Submersible Centrifugal Pump Impeller and Guide Sheave Based on Quality Analysis |

Abstract: | In view of the phenomenon of greatly-damaged impeller and guide sheaves and lower recycling utilization rate after the detection of oil-submersible centrifugal pumps, the quality management methods are used to find out main elements of controlling the quality, and then to design the repair process technology of oil-submersible centrifugal pump impeller and guide sheave, for the purpose of improving the repair quality of impellers and guide sheaves. |
