可靠性理论在油气钻井工程中的应用

为了解决可靠性理论与钻井工程实践相结合的难题，从钻井工程的几个环节中，做了一些初步探索。应用可靠性分析模型，进行了井眼稳定性的风险分析：应用可靠性管理的概念，研究了提高钻柱的管理水平问题；应用失效概率的数据，分析了井喷失效原因，并对海上钻井的井口溢流，进行了经济风险评估。

The Application of the Reliablity Theory in Drilling Engineering

In order to solve the dificulties between the reliability theory and drilling enineering practice,this paper presents some initial studies from several aspects of drilling engineering. In this paper, the risk analysis of stability of oil well wall is carried out based on the model anyalysis of reliability;the raising of management level of drilling sting is studied based on the idea of reliabilty management;the causes of oil and gas gush are ana- lyzed based on the failure analysis method;the economic risk assessment of blowout from offfshore drilling well head is given based on the data of failure probability.
