| 摘 要： | 针对JJG(石油)09—1999标准中存在的一些问题，联系计量检定工作实际，提出了几点修改看法，还给出了滞后误差、灵敏阈等重要技术指标的分析计算方法和公式，使标准中的性能指标更加齐全先进，内容更加具体，操作性更强，整个标准更加科学合理。

| Abstract: | In the analysis of crude oil and other heterogeneous oil liquids,the representativeness of the sample is a difficult problem that has troubled operators.After analyzing the shortcomings of the previous methods of homogenization of heterogeneous oil liquids,it is suggested to use high-speed shearing mechanical mixing or an external mixer to cyclically homogenize the samples and the design parameters for the relevant mixer or homogenizer are given. |
