调研的3个油库15个月罐收累计量比提单量及油轮检验量损耗0．2％～0．3％。船检数据中标准密度的增大与含水量的降低减缓了对标准体积亏损的关注。油轮舱容表误差较大，检验机构干舱报告有待改进，样本代表性及货主平行样监护应予重视。

The Analysis of Loss in the Transportation of Import Crude Oil

Compared with the volume on the bill of lading and the inspection of oil tanker, the accumulated volume of 15 tanks and 3 oil storage parks under the survey has lost about 0.2%～0.3% crude oil after long transportation. The increase of standard density and the reduction of water content in the data of inspection on board have lowered the concern on the loss of standard volume. Since the error of bulk content meter in oil tank is large, it is necessary for inspection organizations to improve the report of empty bulk, and much attention should be paid to the representative of sample and the parallel supervision from the owner of products.
