| 摘 要： | 采用数理统计方法对大庆地区常用的三种钻井泵活塞的寿命分布规律进行了探讨,应用可靠性理论对钻井泵活塞可靠性指标进行计算和分析.同时,为比较和综合评价这些活塞质量,对其寿命方差和均值的差异性进行检验,为钻井泵活塞的试验研究、生产制造及使用管理提供客观的质量评定方法.

| Abstract: | By the method of mathematic statistics, this article discusses the life distribution law of three drill pump pistons often used in the Daqing district, calculates and analyzes the reliability index of the drill pump piston with the reliability theory, in order to comparate and make a comprehensive evaluation of the piston quality, checks the difference between the variunce and mean value of its life and provides an objective method of evaluation for experi-ment and research, production and manufacture, application and management of drill pump pistons. |
