An introduction is given to the establishing and revising state,classification,and relevant content of the discharge standard for water pollutants in American petroleum refining industry,coupled with its main characteristics.Based on this,reconsideration and analysis focus on the discourage standard of water pollutants executed at present in our national petroleum refining industry,followed by some relevant suggestions.
