5S管理在国有大型油气输送钢管制造企业中的应用

5S管理包括5个部分,即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养,其源于日本,发展于美国,完善于中国。随着5S管理在渤海石油装备华油钢管公司内的推动,强化了现场管理,提高了公司现场管理水平,解决了公司面临的一系列管理问题,使公司现场管理水平显著提升。当公司取得某一个阶段性的成果以后,应该及时地进行总结表彰,可以考虑下一个步骤,如导入TPM（全面生产管理）的活动,形成新的关注要点。

The Application of 5S Management to the Large Stated-Owned Manufacture Enterprises of Oil-Gas Steel Pipes

5S management consists of 5 parts：regularization,consolidation,cleaning,clearing and quality. This management originated from Japan,developed in America,and is perfected in China. With the promotion of 5S management in Huayou Steel Pipe Company of Bohai Petroleum Equipment,the enhancement of field management,and the improvement of field management level,a series of management problems companies are facing have been solved,and thus promoting the field management level of company remarkably. And then,after the company has made an achievement in some stage,it is necessary to summarize and praise them,and take into consideration the next step such as turning into TMP activity （ all sides production management）,and forming the new concerned points.
