| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术和经济的发展,越来越多的企业转变财务管理模式,财务共享服务应运而生。文章探讨了当前企业实施财务共享服务的几种风险,即组织建设风险、人员能力风险、系统构建风险和过程掌控风险,分析引起这四种风险的主要原因,并提出解决对策。
