摘    要:文章主要阐述了纺粘法工艺设计过程,项目采用16个大型综合工艺设计任务,每个小组1个大任务,在大型任务的基础上设立分阶段的任务,每个阶段任务再细化成小的学习任务。根据干燥目的,确定是否需要干燥设备,根据纺丝牵伸速度,确定需要干燥设备的类型,然后根据原料的热学性能确定干燥工艺参数。纺丝成网设计时先要根据产品性能要求选择合适的牵伸设备类型,再根据对应关系确定喷丝板、计量泵的规格和只数和成网设备的类型,根据原料或公式计算确定纺丝成网的工艺参数。最后是根据产品性能要求和加工设备的特性选择加固设备,在此基础上进行相关工艺参数设计。每个设计阶段都需要初步、修改、完善工艺设计,并采用交流合作方法,提高学生收获知识、技能的效率,培养高职学生应有的职业能力。

Abstract:This paper mainly expounds the process design of spunbonded method.The project adopts 16 large-scale comprehensive process design tasks,with one large task for each group.Phased tasks are set up based on large tasks,and each stage task is subdivided into small learning tasks.Whether drying equipment is needed should be determined according to the drying purpose,the type of drying equipment should be determined according to the spinning drafting speed,and then the drying process parameters can be determined according to the thermal properties of raw materials.During the spinning and netting design,the appropriate drafting equipment type should be selected according to the product performance requirements,then the specification,the number of spinnerets and metering pumps and the type of netting equipment should be determined according to the corresponding relationship,and the spinning and netting process parameters should be calculated and determined according to the raw materials or formulas.Finally,the reinforcement equipment is selected according to the product performance requirements and the characteristics of processing equipment,and the relevant process parameters are designed on this basis.Each design stage includes preliminary design,modification,and improvement of the process design,and adopts communication and cooperation methods to improve the efficiency of students’knowledge acquirement and skills,and cultivate the professional ability of higher vocational students.
