| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业难,有社会、学校、个人等方方面面的原因。高校毕业生就业是社会系统工程,政府部门要完善就业政策、措施、优化就业环境;高校应该深化就业改革,加强就业指导工作,培养社会需要的人才;大学生要提高专业素质和综合素质,转变就业观念,积极就业。
