With the pace of big data,our society has stepped into a new economic era.Under the new economic mode,people’s concepts,knowledge system,communication methods and cooperation of economy and trade have been changed radically.As the newly developed result of this new era,the cross-border E-commerce has changed the traditional international trade mode,the purchase and marketing methods.Based on the new economic era,this paper macrosopically analyzes the significance and problems encountered by cross-border E-commerce industry in this new economic era.
