摘    要:针对纺纱过程中纱线质量的控制,本文通过单纤维检测系统(AFIS)进行了一系列质量指标检测及其数据分析,证明了该系统不仅可以检测前纺各工序棉纤维的质量,还可以通过检测的数据来及时调整和优化各工序的工艺参数,为棉纱产品的质量提供可靠的保证。

Abstract:As to yarn quality control in spinning, the quality indexes were measured and analyzed based on Advanced Fiber Information System (AFIS). It was demonstrated that by AFIS not only the cotton fiber quality in every process of front spinning could be tested but also the process parameters could be adjusted and optimized according to the testing data, which would provide reliable guarantee for the cotton products.
