分散染料单色浆印花测色数据库及其在印花配色中的应用

摘    要:随着计算机颜色测试技术的不断提高,其在纺织品颜色测量领域中应用越来越大并逐渐得到人们的认可,包括纺织品染色过程中颜色的表征以及染色配方的控制都有成熟的应用。但是,由于纺织品印花产品的特殊性,其对于计算机测色配色的应用存在较多的不确定性而没有得到较多的应用。本文基于了涤纶织物分散染料的单色浆印花测色数据为基础建立印花测色数据库,探讨了根据色空间中的颜色数据所对应的色浆配方与实际印花纺织品颜色的一致性,同时研究分散染料单色浆印花数据库的建立及其对应配方的应用,对实际印花具有指导作用。

Abstract:: With the improvement of computer color testing technology, the application of this technology has gradually been accepted in textile color measurement, including the mature application of color characterization during the textile dyeing process and the dyeing recipe control. However, because of the particularity of textile printing products, it has not been popular due to the uncertainty of computer color measurement and matching application. Based on the polyester fabric with disperse dye color paste printing textile color measurement data, this paper tries to establish the printing color measurement database, probes the color consistency of the color paste formula corresponding to the color data in color space and actual printing textile. Meanwhile, this paper researches on the establishment of disperse dye color paste printing database and the application of corresponding formula, whicb guides the practical printing.
