商业保险行业在中国仍处于发展初期,但由于中国市场的不断开放,其面临了巨大的竞争压力。作为保险行业的效益来源,代理人的质量与规模将在很大程度上决定公司的未来发展。由此,商业保险公司代理人招聘系统的重要性不断提高。本文尝试采用系统动力学方法,对商业保险公司代理人招聘系统进行分析研究,指出其中存在的问题并提出相对应的建议。

System Dynamics Optimization of Insurance Agent Recruitment System

Although it is still in the initial stage of development, commercial insurance industry meets great competition because of China's opening up to the outside. As the benefit resource of insurance industry, the quality and number of agents greatly determine the development of companies. Thus, the importance of insur- ance agent recruitment system is improved greatly. In the article, the author tries to apply the system dynamics to analyze the recruitment system, indicate some existing problems and the relevant suggestions.
