抗菌 自清洁复合功能整理冬季保暖针织物及整理后保暖性研究

本文选用自制的抗菌、自清洁整理剂,采用"两浴法"对冬季保暖针织面料进行了抗菌、自清洁复合功能整理。通过改变整理剂浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间三项整理工艺参数,探讨该复合功能整理对针织物保暖性的影响;根据正交实验,确定抗菌、自清洁试剂的最优化整理工艺为:(1)抗菌整理:整理剂浓度5%(owf)、浴比1:10、水浴恒温60℃浸渍45min,在常温下晾干;(2)自清洁整理:整理剂浓度35g/L、预烘温度120℃(2min)、焙烘温度170℃、焙烘时间0.5min。经该工艺整理后的保暖针织物具有抗菌、自清洁复合功能,且保暖性损失较小,透湿性保持较好,透气性略有下降。

The Heat Insulating Ability Research on Knitted Fabrics Compound Finishing Treatment with Antibacterial and Self-cleaning

The special compound finishing agent of antibacterial self-cleaning finishing was used to treat the winter thermal knitted fabric by means of ＂two-base＂ method.For testing whether the composite function finishing influences the heat insulating ability of the knitted fabric,by changing different finishing technique parameters of the concentration of agent curing temperature curing time,we inquire into the factor of this composite function finishing which influence the heat insulating ability of knitted fabric.The orthogonal experimental results showed that the optimum technical parameters are as：（1） Antibacterial finishing：the concentration of finishing agent is 5%（owf）,the liquor ratio is 1：10,dipping in agent with 60℃ thermostatic water bath for 45min,then dry in room temperature.（2） Self-cleaning finishing：the concentration of finishing agent is 35g/L,the preliminary drying temperature and time are 120℃ and 2min,the cure temperature and time of the treatment are 170℃ and 0.5min respectively.The thermal knitted fabric has good composite function,and the loses of heat insulating ability that the finishing treatment caused will be little as well moisture vapor transmission property of thermal knitted fabric via compound finishing treatment with optimum technical parameters,but the air permeability will be lower.
