保暖内衣的保暖性探究

摘    要:为了探究与保暖内衣保暖性能相关的影响因素,本文从市场上选取典型保暖内衣面料,对其厚度、密度以及保暖率和透湿透气性等影响保暖性的相关指标进行实验和研究。分析了厚度、密度、组织结构等对面料保暖、透湿、透气的影响,以及厚度、透湿、透气与保暖性的关系,得出当面料厚度在1.84mm左右时,其保暖性能和轻薄性能较佳,透气率在550.3mm/s左右时,其透气舒适性能为优等的结论,为保暖内衣企业的产品选材和开发提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the factors that influence the warmth of the thermal underwear, this article selects typical thermal fabric from the market, and studies the indexes including thickness, density and warmth retention rate and air permeability. It analyzes the influence of the thickness, density, structure of fabric and etc. On warmth, air permeability and water permeability, as well as the relations between thickness, air permeability, water permeability and warmth. It draws a conclusion that the optimal thickness is about 1.84mm, in which its thermal performance and thin performance is the best. When the ventilation property is about 550.3mm/s, the breathable comfort performance is the best. The conclusion can provide theoretical foundation for the product material choose and development of thermal underwear enterprises.
