人民币汇率:近期文献综述

最近一段时间以来,针对人民币是否应该升值的问题争论激烈,有主张人民币升值的,也有主张人民币不应升值的。本文筛选出一些较具代表性的观点及其理由并加以总结。最后得出结论认为,要缓解我国目前面临的国际压力和国内外的不平衡问题,不在于单纯的改变汇率,不在于人民币是否应该升值以及升值多少,而在于从根本上改革我国的汇率制度,变有管理的浮动汇率制为自由浮动的汇率制。

Renminbi Exchange Rate :Recent Literature Review

Recently,Drastic debate has arised about whether Renminbi should increase invalue. Some view that its value should increase, some view that its value should decrease. Thisarticle selected some representative viewpoints and its reason and summarized them. The finalconclusion is that in order to alleviate the international pressure and the domestic and foreignunbalanced problems which our country faces at present, it does not lie in the pure change ofexchange rate, or whether Renminbi should revalue as well as how much should revalue, butlies in reforming our exchange rate system fundamentally, and changing the managed floatingexchange rate regime to the free floating exchange rate regime.
