| 摘 要： | 分析了造成煤炭行业信息化水平相对较低的主要原因,并结合平煤股份十二矿信息化建设的经验教训,提出应从煤炭行业的特点出发,以先进的管理理念为指导,以信息技术为依托,以基础性研究为突破,坚持自主创新,全员参与的方针,稳步推进煤炭企业信息化建设方案。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the main causes of a low information level occurred in the coal industry.In combination with the experiences and lessons from the information establishment in No.12 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Corporation ltd.,the features of the coal industry were provided,base on the advanced management conception as the guide,depending on the information technology,taking the basic study as a breakthrough,persisting in the self innovation with all staff participation,an information establishing plan of the coal enterprise shall be steadily pushed forward. |
