| Abstract: | The paper stated the importance of the foreign direct investment to promote the economic development in China and explained the link between the foreign direct investment and the domestic guiding type industry upgrading and the important re- lationship between the foreign direct investment and the establishment of the Shanxi coal industry chain. The paper held that the foreign direct investment would be an important access to promote the upgrading of Shanxi industry structure. |
